Steady decline of product and service! - Spartan Camera GoCam 4G/LTE Connected by Verizon/U.S. Cellular

I was thrilled with Spartan service and reliability when I bought my first 2 cameras to monitor a pond on a different site. (Around 2017/18) So, I bought 10 more cameras. With each Spartan change/update, there is something lost. There is hardly communication via telephone anymore. You leave a vm and maybe they will return your call next day or later if returned. You send an email and it doesn’t answer the questions that you ask. I currently have 6 cameras-3 on Spartan Data and out of those 3 only 1 works (high traffic people area) sends a picture at least every day and the other 2 have not sent a picture in a while. (High traffic animal areas). The other 3 were on AT&T data which just stopped selling prepaid so, I asked spartan to send me new SIM cards to put on Spartan data plan. They sent me 2 cards and when I tried using, it says “card is invalid”…As they break or just completely stop working, I am replacing with Covert cameras.
