This is an excellent defense round for short barreled micro 9's. Good velocity from 3 inch barrels. Cycles well and has great expansion with good mass retention. However, more recoil than a standard round in these small, lighter guns. I wouldn't recommend a steady diet of these rounds for prolonged practice, but the price would make this unlikely.
