This buffer is the best economical upgrade for your AR. I now have them in two of my 3 AR platforms and they are awesome! On the third I am testing out an Armaspec Stealth Recoil Spring and plan on comparing it to the ST-T2. Though the Armaspec may end up being a bit quieter, from what I have read, I really don't expect it to reduce recoil any more than the ST-T2 which is less than half the price - I'll let you know after I receive it and test it.
