This is the correct mil spec aluminum charging handle. Inferior handles will bend easily and are not reliable. This is exactly what you need for your AR15. It's held up very well to a lot of use on a recent build.
If you don't need one of those fancy over priced charging handles, look no further than this one. Shipped quickly from Optics Planet.
