Works great!
No issues, never had a problem whatsoever. Pretty basic part so can’t go wrong with this one. Looks good on gun with no label or markings. Not much else to say about this part. Price is right worst part was the wait
cheap POS save your money
Came out of the box with some scuffs but whatever it was cheap. One rip on the thing and half the anodizing rubbed off on one side. We can do better spend the couple extra bucks for a better handle.

Excellent quality with an unmentioned/hidden feature
Was on the hunt for a basic, no frills, 7075 forged charging handle and have heard/read good things about Spikes, so i tried this one. A few bucks more than others, totally worth it. Stiff, light, and functional.
One difference i did notice vs what im used to for a "mil spec" handle is the handle portion itself is taller/thicker, which basically gives you a 'gas lip/shelf' to minimize blowback past the charging handle to your face.
Its by no means a 'supressor optimized' handle, but, if youre looking for a replacement on an overgassed rifle, this will definitely offer some assistance in that regard. Might not be perfect for the cloning crowd is the only drawback i can imagine for this feature.
Would totally buy again.

Spikes charger. Does what it should.
Bought this for my brother. He’s building an ‘economical’ AR. It works great. Does what it’s supposed to do. And it was ‘economical’. There are others with larger latches, ambi latches, cool paint jobs or graphics, but why? Love this charging handle and its price!

Simple Yet Solid
I have been relying on Spikes Tactical for my AR parts for almost 15 years. They were my first AR purchase ever. Up until 2020 when most everyone’s quality control slid down hill, I had never had any issues with their products when it comes to fit and finish. Had a couple issues in the past year or so, but contacted Spikes and they took care of things with zero hassle. All that to say even though this charging handle is standard, it is well made and top quality.

okay quality
Charge handle was too thick. Tried it in a few uppers to be sure, had to file it to fit. All in all, it works fine and seems like decent quality. Other comments seem solid so maybe i just got a bad one of the batch

Terrible movement
I installed this and it got stuck in the gun. Pulled it and cleaned up as much of the coating as possible but it still got stuck. Put in the extra money and buy a radian raptor, you will never been let down

Solid Mil Spec Charging Handle
A well made charging handle that does what it should. If you like the classic look then this is the way to go. I personally don't like the big bulky (fad) charging handles. I know they serve their place, but these never go out of style to me. No frills, no gimmicks, just a charging handle that will get it done for years. Spikes Tactical also makes great products.

Spikes "forged" charging handle
Not really certain if this was worth buying or not. I bought a couple of charging handles from CDNN that were listed as Bushmaster and they actually looked stronger than this unit. It would be nice if it were stamped "forged" on the unside of the handle or somewhere. Not really impressed with it, but can't say anything bad about it.

Solid Item
So far so good. I know this item is on the cheaper end of things but it fit very nicely into what I was building. No issues so far. It arrived as advertised and fit well with my Aero upper and all the other parts I purchased from Optics Planet.

Simple high quality, no frills chargine handle
This is the correct mil spec aluminum charging handle. Inferior handles will bend easily and are not reliable. This is exactly what you need for your AR15. It's held up very well to a lot of use on a recent build.
