Larry's Review of Hex Hex Wasp Micro Red Dot Sight

I bought the Hex Wasp in November 2021 and it was installed by a Gunsmith as directed. The initial battery failed after 3 weeks. I replaced the 1st battery and that one failed after 1 month. The small screws are starting to strip out as well. I have contacted Springfield Armory about the issues but have received no reply as yet. At this point the optic is a failure.

  • Small, easy to use
Cons:
  • Battery failures every 3 weeks and screws strip out easily even with factory wrench
Best Used for:
  • ornament
  • Desk ornament
