this is a wonderful product. i was aprehensive about spending money on a quality sharpening stone and im happy that i did. i have used cheap stones before and had to work hard to get what i wanted, however, with this stone it was easy. im impressed with the extreme quality of this product but it is very thin so you must use in hand or place on a raised surface of some type for ideal sharpening.
