All of a sudden needs a firmware update - spypoint support can't do remotely and i'm 750 miles away - Spypoint LINK-MICRO-S-LTE Trail Camera

Bought mine about a year ago - tested several times successfully at my house - deployed to my hunting location (750 miles from home) 3 weeks ago - camera worked fine for two weeks then all of a sudden stopped working... On my last day at camera location called Spypoint Support - was on hold for 30-40 minutes - person had me power it off for a short period of time (never mind i'd already done that) still had the rapid flashing red status light.. Battery was good - got disconnected on phone - had already supplied support person my phone number why he couldn't call me back i'll never know... So now here i am 750 miles from the camera which is not functioning - Spypoint support NOW tells me it needs new Firmware and there's nothing they can do REMOTELY to resolve - so my camera is as useless as a brick tied to a tree to take pictures GRRRRRR Had an unlimited plan which i just cancelled GRRRR i'm not a happy camper to say the least - if Spypoint doesn't stop me i'll continue putting this review wherever i can. Oh - and when it did work the pictures were out of focus - yes, i cleaned the lens and front of camera, made no difference.
