Quality handguard - Stag Arms Gen 2 Stag 15 Slimline M-Lok Hand Guard

Bought the 5" handguard for a little PCC build. Looks great, was easy to install, and it comes with a barrel nut wrench and barrel nut shims for proper alignment. I didn't need to align anything since my gun doesn't use a gas tube, but they include barrel nut shims to ensure the barrel nut will align properly with a gas tube at proper torque.

When you get to affixing the handguard, the locking mechanism is designed to tighten easier than loosening. There is a detent in the handguard that helps keep the locking screw affixed, so as you tighten it, if it feels like it's really hard to overcome the detent, you likely have the locking mechanism installed backwards. Take it out and rotate the whole thing 180 degrees and it should be a lot easier to tighten.
