It's hard to beat cast iron - Stansport Cast Iron Fry Pan - 8in

Handy little skillet. Perfect for just one or two people...and excellent size for one or two people to take on a camping trip for cooking fresh fish or small game and game birds... My wife and I have a skillet this size, along with a couple others, in our camping gear... And the prices they charge here at "Optics Planet" are certainly reasonable... My wife and I are thinking of buying two more "sets of skillets" (8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch) as gifts for our son and daughter in law, and for our daughter and son in law... I was raised with my parents cooking mostly on cast iron...and, as I've said before, "It's hard to beat cast iron."
