I have the 10.5 and 14. They are nice and rigid. The rigged side does well at catching material. The 10.5 is a bit small for adults, but great for kids. One thing I don't like is that the 14 inch pan has a lip on the bottom then angles up. I prefer it flat then angle up like the 10 inch.
