SDry's Review of Steiner Tactical T1042 10x42 Roof Prism Binocular
This is the first pair of high definition binoculars that i have owned. We use these at our deer lease and they are excellent. I am very impressed with the clarity and the ability to focus on a specific object. We were able to clearly see a nub buck around sunrise at 120 yards - something we could not do with our other 10x binoculars.
Pros:
- excellent clarity even in low light conditions
- Excellent visibility night and day
- Excellent focuser
Cons:
- Eyepice fogged a couple times on very cold mornings, but cleared quickly when moved away from eye.
Best Used for:
- Hunting/recreation
