Knob jobbed - Steiner GS3 2-10x 42mm Rifle Scope

Great scope, but there is a knob on the base of the scope that can wreck your day if you hunt with a left hand bolt action rifle. It's not a problem with a right hand bolt action. What happens is when you lift the bolt to extract the cartridge, the shell pops out and hits that little knob that protrudes from the underside of the scope. which causes the spent case to drop back into the action. It's a bad design for left handed shooters. I would not recommend buying the scope if you're left handed shooter.
