Handy, but has limitations - Steiner Military M750rc 7x50 Porro Prism Binocular

These binos are solid. They're everything you'd expect from an optics company like Steiner. I used a similar set as a forward observer. Always worked great.

My only problem is that I'm left eye dominant. Using the reticle was no problem, but for some reason the compass was very hard for me to read. I attribute this to my dominant eye overriding what my non-dominant eye was seeing through the binos. If I closed my dominant eye, I could read the compass.

I wouldn't recommend these to someone who isn't right eye dominant.
