Good product with terrible customer service and warranty support - Steiner Military M750rc 7x50 Porro Prism Binocular

Steiner still makes as good a product as they did when Steiner owned them but now that Burris owns them, the customer service and warranty support is terrible. Like 1 fellow said, they say they have a lifetime warranty but just try to get something covered and see what happens. Apparently, unless the lenses fall out in your lap, it ain't covered. I expect this kind of customer service if you pay $100 for a pair of binoculars but not when you pay over $1000.
