Great product, well manufactured, clear very useful at the range for checking shot placement at 25m or so.
Use for a quick check of target if you do not have time to set up a more dedicated spotting scope etc. Save a bit of time when packing up.

It's tough to compare?
I ordered this item as a replacement for my "Docter" German folding Zeiss patent unit which looked to be the same deal and I didn't want to spend another $200 on the Docterr unit. After using this unit out of the box I was disappointed. If you are buying this as a small instrument to use and are not into high end optics this will work fine. I returned this item simply because unfortunately my eyes have grown to love absolute clarity and now I can't go back to optics that simply do the job. It's unfornate that spoiled eyes become harder on the wallet. One star off for clarity, second star off as there was not enough resistance on the focus adjustment.
