This is one of my favorite scopes. I have two of them. First, it has my favorite zero stop setting of any scope i have ever used. Second, the turrets are quite crisp (yes there are better ones but i really don't care). Optical quality is quite good. By way of comparison it is better than Razor LHT, Razor gen 2, however it is not as good as Premier Reticle, Schmidt and Bender or Razor Gen3. I replace my NF ATACR f1 4-16x42 with this scope because, the ergonomics were are better, the eye box is more forgiving and field of view is better. I hate the procedure for setting zero stop on the NF. If I am being completely fair the image quality of the NF at similar power settings probably just edges out the Steiner. However, that is offset by the fact that I have a much higher mag range with the Steiner. However, I only have about a 4.5 oz weight penalty for a scope with much better ergonomics. The Razor Gen 3 6-36x56 has better resolution, but it weighs 3/4 of a pound more and cost almost another 1000.00. If all I did was shoot competitions and I did not care about weight, that is the scope I would use. From a cost performance perspective, the Steiner T6xi is a great value.

I purchased this scope and the quality is amazing. Very clear! The reticle is spot on , don’t really need to dial . When the dials are used the locking turrets and the never lost feature is awesome! This is a quality optic.
Pros:
- Price quality
- Quality and price

This is by far the best scope I have ever owned, the quality is exceptional and it feels very rugged and well manufactured. It will last forever as the warranty is lifetime and for the cost I was able to get it for, it makes it the best scope for the price point I could find. I spent a very long time researching and I’m very happy I I made the right choice.
Best Used for:
- PRS & long range shooting

Steiner knocked this one out of the park! I have it mounted on a Rem 700 in 6.5 Creedmoor in an Aero precision chassis. The combo is outstanding. Since this is about the glass, I’ll focus on that. The tracking and repeatability are spot on. The locking function is intuitive and easy to use. The clarity is amazing and lends to easy target discrimination. They included a three-inch sun shade, flip caps, and throw lever - just add mount of your choice and go. To my eye, the image only starts to dim as I approach 30x, but remains crystal clear. At the pro price offered, this purchase is a no brainer
