If you’ve read Blowback9 posts you’ll notice he recommends BCGs with a feed lug that helps prevent OOB detonations. However while this is heartily recommended for 9mm, he acknowledges it is common for 40/10mm and 45 caliber bolts to lack this feature in article “OOB warning – missing bolt face bottom lug”
