Very nice handguard - STNGR HWK AR15/M4 M-Lok Free Float Handguard

I bought this because I liked the openness of the handguard, which has helped with barrel cooling.
It came packaged in a stout box along with M-Lok slots along the full length, at 3, 6 & 9 o'clock, directions, a sticker, Barrel Nut, Crows Foot (for torque wrench), screws and an Allen wrench.
The full picatinny rail on top mates up perfectly with my upper. There are two tabs, anti-rotation, that fit snugly to the upper. If you have an upper that is billet or wider than mil-spec, you may need to file those tabs down or off. If you have to do that a touch of Birchwwod Casey's Aluminum Black will fix it.

As far as functionality, I'm impressed. The forward pic rail at 6 o'clock is perfect to mount whatever you'd like to. The FOUR QD slots are great! The back two are really built up. I didn't think this would matter but being able to disconnect my sling with gloves on is much easier because it's not so tight to the handguard.

Another plus is the barrel nut that you don't have to time to the gas tube.
