I use these attachements a hundred days a year or so. I use the attachement with the sitting length bipod for coyote calling and occasionaly the prone length for hunting. I think the sitting version in that application is the very best available and I have tried a lot. I can adjust the height with one hand- minimal movement on stand and its light and easy to shift as the critter comes in. The light weight makes less noisy to set up or shift. I have 5 years on one of these. I use the prone on occasion where weight is a real issue in the field. I do a lot of long range hunting with prone style rifles and find the prone version a little too flexible at the collar with a heavy prone rifle. But for a shot or two at a big game critter that problem can be managed, just not convenient for a day of prairie dog or long range coyotes. A Harris is much better for that kind of application.
Pros: light, flexible, adaptable
Cons: can bind to swivel stud
