Great barrel! - Stormlake Pistol Barrel for 34007 GL-19-9MM-402 For Glock 19 9mm 4" Stainless Steel

I used this barrel for my Polymer 80 Compact (Glock 19) build. I mated it to a Swensen slide. It is a match barrel, so I knew it would be tight at first. Once I got the build together it took a bit of effort to go into battery. No big deal. I just worked the action around 500 times and it loosened up a lot. I took it to the range and had 3 or 4 times when it didn't go into battery using Federal 115gr ammo. After that it worked as smooth as silk. Make sure to lube all of the surfaces really good during break in. I used CLP. Be willing to work with this barrel. If you think you are just going to drop one of these barrels in your gun and instantly start chewing the bullseyes out of targets without any issues what so ever, then you would be wrong. If you look at it as being a match barrel that needs some break in because match barrels fit tighter than factory barrels, then this is the barrel for you.
