Discounted light - Streamlight 18650 Battery Charge Cradle

I bought a discounted light from you because it was a display model when I received the product in the mail it was just floating around in the box with no packing materials banging all up against the rail mount and surprise no batteries by the time I got done buying the batteries I could have bought brand new light with batteries included. I'm kind of scared to buy anything else from you. my next purchase was going to be the night vision that is what the light was for. if someone actually had customer service they'd make a killing out there in the real world.
