Mounting hardware broke after 70 rounds - Streamlight TLR-10 Gun Light With Red Laser And Rear Switch Options

This pistol light's mounting hardware broke after just 70 rounds of .40 cal from a standard police issue pistol. Not just the screw, but the lugs on the plate as well. Literally everything that could fail did. Not one lug, both lugs. I COULD be a bad set of hardware, but I worry about that possibility being that the everything broke. I suppose the light and laser itself could have failed. but after only 70 rounds, I can't promise they wouldn't have failed at 100. I understand Streamlight to be a quality company, but in all honesty, My Olights have never broke and my very first Streamlight did. Spent over $200 dollar on this, it broke less than a month later and Streamlight's service policy requires I pay for my own shipping back for 5 dollars' worth of parts.
