I got this light for my home defense shot gun. I have an A300 Ultima patrol. When I first got this light, I was bit shocked because it was significantly bigger than my
Protac HLX. I should have known so was planning on returning it but after playing around with it, I ended up keeping it and installing it on my shotgun and loving it. It’s bright and for home defense, it’s definitely an overkill but I am happy with it. One thing, the light floods but focus is lacking compared to Protac HLx.
