Warren's Review of Streamlight ProTac HL 3 1, 100 Lumen Tactical Flashlight
I lost my flashlight while on a security exercise for a large church. After searching for a replacement I found and bought the Streamlight ProTac HL 3 1,100 Lumen Tactical Flashlight. The light is excellent in everyway and can be a deterrent if shined in a persons eyes, as the brightness startles and momentarily blinds the person.

Cons:
- 2hours on brightness setting
