This is a great special purpose light, not the kind you'd want to use everyday, just cause of the battery life/cost. But I've found batteries in bulk pretty cheap and since going this route I use it often and it hasn't let me down.
Pros: Its all around great, small lightweight waterproof, super bright
Cons: battery life availability and cost

I've owned a Scorpion now for at least 12 years. It is still as good as when it was new. Just gave three of them as Christmas presents.
Pros: Small, easy to carry in pocket
Cons: battery cost

I bought this for my tactical web belt set up. For what I paid for it, I can't complain. Streamlight makes some of the best battle-proven lights in the world. I won't even waste my money on any other lights. This is a great little light for tight spaces, it's light in weight and has a rubber handle that ensures proper grip. The light also comes with an extra bulb aswell as a set of batteries! Very bright light that is usefull incase you encounter a dangerous suspect, you can temporarily blind them before applying force for that extra reaction time.
Pros: Rubber handle, extra bulb, very bright, unbreakable lens, water resistant.
Cons: No twisting tailcap to prevent accidental switching to the "on" position

I love this little flashlight. This is something everyone should carry, in their pocket, their car, their purse, and with your gun. It's super small, and super bright - bright enough to temporary blind someone if aimed into their eyes. I bought 4 of these and keep them with my guns.
Pros: Super Bright - Outshines all of my MagLights, bulbs easy to change, CR123 batteries available at most stores
Cons: Short Battery Life if extended use. Batteries run about $10 a pair.
