8" remote switch for streamlight super tac - Streamlight TL Tactical Light Remote Switch with 8" Cord

The 8" remote switch for the Streamlight Super TAC flashlight is a very handy gadget if you are doing any hunting at night. I installed it on my Super TAC to use on my .270, which is my primary night-time hog hunting rifle. The pressure switch takes more pressure to turn on the light than I expected, and the light is activated only while you are applying pressure to the switch. There is no way to turn the light on and leave it on if you have the remote switch installed. I really like the remote switch, and most of my friends, who use tactical-style flashlights, also have remotes affixed to the forestocks of their guns. It does make it very easy to mount your gun and get a quick read on what's going on out there in the dark. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a tactical flashlight mounted on a weapon.
Pros: Easy to install, works like a charm
Cons: Pressure switch takes considerable pressure, could cause you to pull a shot
