This is hands down the best tactical light I have ever used. Though I have read a lot about the 800 lumens being excessive, I think for home defense and target identification, you can't beat this light. Also (before I mounted it to the gun) me and my roommate shined it into each others eyes at about 30 yards away... You go blind for a few seconds then you can only see green blue and purple spots for 10 seconds after. Amazing product for the price.
