If you "follow" the recommendation from Streamlight use Adapter A for PX4 Storm. "ONLY" if you have two middle phalange on your index finger. Otherwise use C adapter (Included with 69240: Streamlight TLR-4 Rail Mounted Laser Sight & Flashlight w/Rail Keys & Battery)
