The lens is way to thick - Streamlight Waypoint Alkaline Filter

The lens came in with a polished look that almost looked like a buffing compound polish job. I don't think this would matter much because the lens is so thick that you don't get much light through it like the my stream light HL gets through the colored lens'. It may work ok on the rechargeable waypoint but not the 4 "C" cell waypoint and my waypoint will light up a well shed at 400yards pretty easily.
