So the short grip is awesome for AKs and does not mess with mag changes on a 7.62x39 firearm. However there is one downside and it is mainly Strike Industries' LINK system. It works fine on Aluminum M-Lok Slots but is not that great on polymer handguards such as the ones Mlok offers. The Supplied T-Nuts have less to grab onto and are some what rounded compared Magpul's version, and this may leave depressions on Polymer M-Lok Slots despite torqueing the accessory properly.
Other than that I have no issues to report with an aluminum rail. The work around is to use MAgpul T-Nuts while finding the appropriate screws at the hardware store.

- As a hand stop, or an AK grip
