Truly innovative design but a little short - Strike Industries Angled Vertical Long Grip with Cable Management for 1913 Picatinny Rail

The ergonomics of this grip are fantastic. Your hand fits well on this grip and the hold is rock-solid. This could be the most futuristic yet pragmatic forward grip on the market.

The problem is that is it a little small especially since I like to wrap my entire hand around the forward grip (no "thumb over barrel" hold). I have big hands that lack both dexterity and fine motor skills. I need to adjust my hand to get that perfect grip - I don't attain the perfect grip on my first attempt. This was done bare-handed. I couldn't achieve a sufficient grip with tactical gloves.

This should work for most people even with tactical gloves, if their hands aren't too large.

This would be perfect if this grip was about an inch longer.
