spoke to strike over the phone about multiple out of spec parts I had received and measured with a micrometer, they agreed that the parts sounded out of spec, had me pay to ship the parts to them, then lost the parts and gave me the run around over the phone for months, promising to make it right each time and doing nothing each time. I lost the parts and payed shipping, never got anything back from SI
