This was the third strike industries charging handle i've purchased... - Strike Industries Extended Latch AR Charging Handle

and yes, I bought this one because I loved the value/performance of my other two... but this one felt like a mil-spec with a mouth full of marbles. It ground so hard I could smell the friction. Maybe it just was a bad match for my upper? Swapped out with an older SI charging handle from another build, nope, the problem is definitely this piece. After five minutes of cycling with heavy oil application, the chatterin/wear on the handle was evident. Something has changed for the worse Strike Industries.
