Put this on an AR pistol with 7.5" barrel and 7" Seekings Precision MCSR rail. Adds a bit of weight, and is very loud, but looks great (in my opinion), and serves the purpose I purchased it for. Dramatically reduces muzzle rise compared to standard birdcage flash hider.

Awesome short design. Low recoil but large flames from the defuser. I'm also shooting this on a 7.5" 5.56 so I expected that. Love the look and function.

Cool looking and fun

It only comes with a crush washer where a jam nut may be needed to clock it. It does add weight to the end of the barrel as it is a chunk of metal. I guess this helps with the muzzle rise because the brake just wants to throw fireballs to the side. It is fun and does look good on the end of my super safe 10.5" wpa 7.62×39.

This cookie cutter really decreases felt recoil. Highly recommended. Wear excellent hearing protection as it makes the blast much louder. Also make sure no one is directly on your side flanks. Great purchase.

If you hate recoil this is for you! It took my .556 and made it like a .22 lr my gf is 77 and she loves mag dumping now
She used to hate my ar now she loves them do they make one for Ak-47

Reduces recoil and muzzle rise dramatically. The sound for the shooter is reduced as well. Anyone standing to the side of the shooter gets the brunt of the sound wave, so maybe not great for indoor ranges. Heavy and sturdy, comes with a crush washer for proper timing to the barrel.
