Here's the instruction from the Strike Industries web site. If you want bullets facing forward and magazine in left hand pocket, pick RIGHT side EMP Clip. With this accessory, you can easily attach this clip to any compatible Strike Industries Extended Magazine Plate (EMP) for a fast, fumble-free draw.

However, Strike Industries neglected to mention that the instruction only applies to the polymer EMP with the mount hole on the back side. The P320 aluminum EMP has the mount hole on the front side, so the instruction was the opposite.
