I have purchased 3 of these Strike Industries Mass Driver Barrel Compensators so far and love how well they work. I have them installed on a couple of my Glock 19 Gen 3 pistols as well as a Glock 17 Gen 5. These are very easy to install and reduce muzzle flip for me considerably. They are designed to be used on any Glock 19 or 17 that does not already have a threaded barrel. They are very easy to install and I highly recommend this over traditional compensators I have tried in the past. I would definitely consider purchasing more of these in the future for some of my other Glocks 19 Gen 3s.
Pros:
- Easy to install
- Works very well
- adds additional weight to end of barrel to assist in reducing muzzle flip
Cons:
- not as inexpensive as some traditional compensators
- limited to Glock 19 and Glock 17 models
- some individuals may not like the additional weight
- selection of holsters are limited
Best Used for:
- Target shooting
- Competition & defense
