Front sight issues - Strike Industries Glock Modular Blade Sights

Was happy when I first purchased these but as a little time went on got bored of the red front post and was deciding to remove it to install the green one. when I removed and began installing the green front post I noticed it wasn't tight and when I turned my slide over the front sight fell off.. the screw head broke apart and thread stayed stuck inside front sight.. emailed customer service and told me was too long to return and to contact strike industries directly.. few months and emails later and still no reply.
