Rambo's Review of Strike Industries GridLok AR-15 Picatinny Handguard
This went together easy.
PROS: Easy to assemble. Good color, all parts matched which can be tricky with anodizing.
CONS: Be careful installing the screws. You get one chance to get them aligned correctly or you will cross thread them.
I didn't cross any, but as a life long wrench turner I can attest the potential is there.
The barrel nut, is slotted 2x's at 180 degree apart, why not every 90 degrees when the torque spec is so low.
I'm not excited about having to align this next barrel install, in that I wonder how many shims it will take. I fear I may need a crush washer.

- 17" IS A PERFECT MATCH ON AN 18" BSRRLE.
