I can't believe this thing is under $50. - Strike Industries King Comp for .223/5.56 or .308/7.62

Just got back from the indoor range after putting about 70 rounds through this comp. Yes INDOOR range and I still have my hearing. I know this is supposed to be more neighbor friendly than a brake, but I really wasn't expecting that much of a difference. I was wrong. It did a great job of acting like a brake - reduced recoil and muzzle rise significantly - without the pressure wave that irks the shooter next to you. Even indoors. It didn't seem to be louder or reverberate any more than the guy a lane over with a standard A2 birdcage at my ear. Didn't ask the neighbor. As for the flash hider at the end of the compensator ... uh, I couldn't tell. It was difficult to see how well it diffused the muzzle flash through the huge muzzle flashes coming from the side ports. Lol. I didn't notice any flash above the barrel looking through my un-magnified red dot, so there's that. All in all I've extremely pleased with the King Comp. Factor in the price and I'm ecstatic!
