I over torqued the screw and it stripped the bushing out of the polymer. If you can afford it I would just upgrade to the metal baseplate instead, no risk of stripping the bushing out. I'm aware this is user error but I didn't really feel I was was over torquing, it really wasn't much effort and I'm not an extra strong guy either. If you get it use finesse
