KDude's Review of Strike Industries 5.56. QPQ War Hog Compensator
Got this lil comp on the 18th, three days ahead of the specified time. Optics Planet simply has out of this world shipping. Finally got to try out the Strike Industries War Hog Comp today on the range. Yes, I'm sure the Aero Precision H 4OZ buffer also played a part. But firing 5.56 out of a 10 inch barrel is what it is. Muzzle rise, and recoil were simply non existent. I've done it with a standard A2 flash hider and this one now as well. I gotta say, the War Hog Comp made it much better. When I was looking for something shorter to build as compact a gun as possible, this one stood out in reviews and on Youtube. This will be a standard for me from now on all my builds. For $18 it can't be beat.
Pros:
- Price for the function is unmatched.
Cons:
- Can't get a tree to grow em on in my backyard.
Best Used for:
- Any build you want to compensate and keep legth down to a minimum.
