Its just ok. it works but is over priced. - Superlative Arms Adjustable Bleed Off Gas Block

8” 300 blackout full weight bcg. It obviously works and well built. However it had 48 adjustment settings. Setting 18 is set to what a non-adjustable gas block is (which is generally over gassed in most setups in my experience). Bleed off mode is 20-48. Only in that setting does this gas block require no maintenance. However mine is over gassed in that mode. I am running in the 1-17 restrictive mode (which is not recommended). So any advantages that this gas block gives you with their bleed off just gets thrown out the window. This setting will require maintenance and the end user cannot do it. It’s not like a normal gas block where you can pull the screw out, detent and spring. The other issues I have is the adjustment clicks. It has an extra 4 false clicks per rotation. It’s kinda finicky, and not very positive or tactile compared to other blocks imo. Also 48 click of adjustment is way overkill and simply not needed. Personally I like the aero precision adjustable gas block better. However this is not a bad block, it’s just over hyped in the internet.
