Batteries don't last - SureFire Defender Ultra Dual Output LED Flashlight

No complaints about the output of light, but the batteries have horrible lasting power. I use it several minutes each night and have to change batteries every few weeks. I have found comparable flashlights that are much less expensive and last significantly longer.
