The Surefire foreend for the Remington 870 is well made and very bright, but can be difficult to install if you have a magazine extension. First, you will need to remove the rotating sling pin from the brace that supports the barrel and the magazine tube because the light bumps into the rotating sling pin. You may also need a bigger 870 key than is provided with the light in order to change the foreend. But once it is installed, it works great. You should be aware, however, that the light does add a noticeable amount of weight to the weapon.
Pros: Well made and bright
Cons: Can be very difficult to install
