In order to operate in the momentary-on mode, set system-disable (right side) rocker switch to on by depressing the front button; then set the constant-on (left side) rocker switch to off by depressing the back button. Now the pressure pad on the right side will operate the light while it is being depressed. To switch back to always on, depress the front button on the left side.
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Operating instructions could be a lot better
