Surefire r1 lawman - SureFire R1 Lawman Dual Switch Flashlight - Black, 1000 Lumens, Rechargeable

The SureFire R1 Lawman has two switches to turn the light on/off. Either use the head switch that is located, and easily operated, with your thumb when holding the light or use the Tailcap Switch. The R1 Lawman Tailcap Switch is mostly recessed (sticks out approx. 1/8") unlike other lights with 700 Lumens or more with Tailcap Switches. They protrude 1/2"+ and catch on holsters, clothing, seats, vehicle consoles, ect. and can turn on accidentally. The SureFire R1 Lawmen has three pre-programmed switching modes. To change from one program to the next, twist Tailcap clockwise to constant on, press the Head Switch until the light goes off (approximately six seconds) and program as follows.

Program #1:
Tail Cap Switch: High Only
Head Switch: High, Med, Low, Off.

Program #2:
Tail Cap Switch: High and Strobe. (Press 3X & Hold)
Head Switch: High, Med, Low, Off.

Program #3:
Tail Cap Switch: High Only.
Head Switch: High Only.

This is the best light I ever used. The price of the SureFire R1 Lawmen, "You get what you pay for" and Optics Planet has the best prices.
Pros: The best functional light out there.
