It is nice to have a light on your shotgun when you need it. Puts out plenty of light and the grip is a nice touch. It can be a bit difficult to manipulate the various light settings for the novice shooter. The only real con that I have is that after a day at the range the lens is fouled with gunpowder residue and I have yet to find a solvent that can clean it completely without damaging the lens.
Pros: Puts light where you need it.
Cons: Lens gets fouled easily.
