The M620C-BK: Surefire Scout 200 Lumen LED Weapon Mount Flashlight is light, compact and very bright. It comes with both tail caps for use in your hand or mounted on a firearm. Also it comes with the tape switch for remote operation. Would be perfect if it had a laser.
I would definitely recommend.
Pros: small size and weight, very bright
Cons: none, would like a laser
