You can't buy more hearing once you lose it. - SureFire EP7 Sonic Defender Ultra Earplugs

I bought the other non-foam ,all rubber/silicon, Surefire Ear plugs , but come to find out my ear wholes sizes are no the same. So I bought these thinking that the foam will expand and "fill the gaps". I was right they fit like a perfect and are more effective at noise reduction.

I first I thought they were just the cheap over the counter foamy ears plugs you get at the drug store + the fancy silicon ear pieces. But I was very wrong and now are my go to ear plugs.

At first I was thinking $17 to $19 is a lot of money for foam ear plugs but just like the title of the review "You can't buy more hearing once you lose it." So if you look it like that $17 to $19 is super cheap insurance to be able to hear clearly for the rest of your life.

Which size should I pick Small , Medium or Large ?

I'm 6 feet and I use the Mediums.
My wife is 5' 5" and she uses the Mediums.

How comfortable are they? I'll rate them 9 of 10 in comfort.

Do you even know you have them in your ear? sometimes, you can leave them in for an hour or more without any discomfort at all.

Do I need the clean them if I wear them alot? Yea, Surefire recommends using them only for a few months before getting a new pair. If you use them every day for long periods of time I would use some alcohol mini wipes to wipe them down before I put them back in and get a fresh pair like Surefire says too.
